What is Amazon Music for Artists?

Stream Counts and Top Songs

Like other streaming analytics platforms, Amazon Music for Artists allows you to set custom time frames to determine your total streams, total listeners, and stream counts for each track.

Playlists and Stations

Your music will appear on your artist dashboard when added to any Amazon Stations or playlists.

Voice requests

Amazon Voice Requests can be tracked through these platforms. This is where you can log any request for your artist name or any of your tracks, albums, or lyrics through Amazon’s voice recognition gear such as Alexa.

Daily Voice Index categorizes the performance of your music from ‘Cool’ to ‘Fire’ based on the number of Alexa voice searches that you have had and compared to other artists with similar audiences.

Fans & Superfans

Have you ever wondered how many people love your music? Amazon for Artists analyzes your streaming data and categorizes your listeners as ‘fans’ or superfans.

This data gives you a great insight into the engagement of your music listeners. How does Amazon define Superfans and Fans?

Fan

After listening to it once more, people who listen to your music again add your tracks to their music library or playlists, follow your profile or purchase your digital or physical products.

These fans drive more than 50% of your streams, and more than 1/3rd will continue streaming your music for the next 30 days.

Superfans

These superfans make up a small but important segment of your most loyal followers. These guys account for close to 1/3 of your total streams, and they will continue to listen to your tracks in the coming month.
